I've teamed up with the pair from Barry's Hug to host the last BBQ before the sun says goodbye.
One half is Sean, expert forager and gardener. 3/4 of the year, he also works as a chef, currently at 8 Hoxton Square where he oversees the grill section (so you can rest assured that he knows his barbecues). The other 1/4 of the year, he spends all the money he's saved in the previous 3/4 gallivanting and eating around Southeast Asia. The other half is Ed– and for any rock fans out there, that's Ed from Ed Laurie and Straw Dog.
It's going to be one crazy fun night: a smokin' hot menu (literally) and rockin' music. There will be no fancy dinner napkins and lots of finger licking!

with cherry tomatoes, dried shrimp, chilli, fish sauce and lime
with thai basil butter
Squid stuffed with minced pork
with dill nam pla prik
Mum’s secret marinade
whole poussins marinated in coconut milk and nyonya spices
Fruit and crumbs
with coconut custard
