This is the first event of a series of four that will take place every Wednesday of October. The menu will change every week, to reflect different nuances of the Levantine cuisine.

Menu Wednesday 12th October:
Pumpkin Mufarrakha: slow cooked pumpkin with cumin and coriander, garlic yogurt, crispy pitta.
Beetroot salad with tahini, mint, roasted salted almonds.
Stuffed aubergines with minty lamb in tomato sauce, apricot tabouleh.
Knafe: kadaifi pastry with a rich cheese filling.
