This supperclub is my ode to little known dishes from around South India. A South Indian by birth, I think its time I gave the delicious healthy and balanced diet from my hometown its due. A 5 course sit down menu with authentic regional dishes

Menu for the evening

Prawns balchao . Raw Mango salad (V) golgappas
Goan prawn relish served in crispy vermicelli puris- don’t bite, eat it whole 

Bangalore’s favourite street food made with puffed rice and a spice blend, healthy, tasty and nutritious all in one!

Kori ghasi / Aubergine curry (V) dumpling hotpot
 A traditional Mangalore chicken curry or Tamilian aubergine curry served as a hotpot

Coorgi pork / baby potato (V) tacos  
A spicy and tangy pork or baby potato stir fry made using pot tamarind (kodam puli),from the hill station city of Coorg served with chickpea flour pancakes
Coconut pudding
A traditional Keralite dessert made of creamy tender coconut with a hint of palm sugar
