This is the final supperclub for this year- the theme is the perfect match- no I am not starting a side business of a marriage bureau! I am matchmaking with food- serving the classic traditional combinations that are served together- Momo & Chilli Chutney, Tamarind & Puchkas, Mutton Biryani & Raita, Hyderabadi Baghare Baigan & Mirchi ka Salaan....an evening to savour street foods of Calcutta like Momo and Chaat- Mughlai specialities Chicken Chaap and Lachedar Paratha with traditional Hyderabadi accompaniments and end with my favourite Indian winter dessert- Gajjar ka Halwa with cream.
