I am a cook based in South East London on a foody expedition around the world in the shape of monthly pop up nights focussing on different cuisines from all over the globe as the whim takes me. I am in the process of setting up Monkey & Molasses Catering outside of my usual job as a cook in a lovely cafe in Penge (it's true! There are great places in Penge!). I am really enthusiastic about trying new food and in turn, sharing these experiences with others. I've worked for a variety of pop ups including Gingerline and Last Nights of Pisco in London and am now taking the helm and doing it myself.
