We organize classes for all things French Baking and Cooking. Classes are at a private residence for small demos/hands on learning for bakes, or your home if it's more suitable. We'll show you how to make the moistest carrot cake, foolproof macarons, or classic French crumb pastry and show you how versatile it can be as we choose amongst a variety of fillings like frangipane, caramel, fruits or ganaches...
We also demo how to make French regional dishes and bakes, and how the use of simple ingredients can be delicious and effortlessly.

Always thought macaroons to be very hard to make, have several books with the recipe, but seeing the exact consistency and the little tips has given me the confidence to make this and try my own flavours , its seems so easy and surely impressed my guests on the weekend as I was only able to salvage 3 to take a photo, which is going on twitter shortly.
Also was great to meet Bruno and Eleanor at the course and hope to meet them both soon again.
A fun, friendly and straightforward class with lots of opportunities for questions.
Bruno made us feel at home with French coffee and nibbles, allowing us to sample cheese, olives and madeleines.
He talked us through the whole macaron process, dispelling common macaron myths and thoroughly explaining ways to avoid all pitfalls.
We came away with a batch of macarons each and a burning desire to try out the recipe at home. Bruno emailed us the recipe, tips and templates so we can continue the macaron perfection!
I'm so pleased that I signed up for this class on French tarts. I had no idea there was such a variety. Bruno clearly explained and demonstrated how to make the shells and three different kinds of fillings. He was so generous - giving all of us who wanted to participate a chance to cut fruit, mix, cook, and roll out the dough. When I left, I felt like I had made the tarts I took home - and I guess I did with the help of the chef-teacher! This class is highly recommended for those who think making tarts would be beyond their cooking skills; it's not!
Attended/hosted both these classes today and couldn't be more delighted. The instuctor was clear and informative, adjusting his presentation to the students' abilities and explaining the process with just the right amount of information.
Bruno was happy to answer questions and give helpful tips when appropriate.
All the students felt empowered to go home and recreate these delicious pasteries.
