This was my first time going to a supperclub, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Goz and co welcomed us into their home, and set the tone for the rest of the evening.
The food was amazing, and each dish arrived accompanied by an explanation of what it was, and how it was made. I'm quite fussy (being a vegetarian), but Goz was able to adapt his food to suit. This was a nice touch.
The evening opened my eyes to the idea of supperclubs as an alternative to normal dining. Goz has set high standards!
Lastly, the background music was awesome.
In preparation for the upcoming Christmas holidays, Edible Experiences organized a Christmas dinner for my team and I with Plusixfive Supper Club. In addition to being something very different from the typical corporate networking or dinner event, the event provided a venue and setting that really allowed the team to truly relax, network, bond and taste some good Singaporean food!!!
Though very familiar with Singaporean cuisine, this was my first visit to Plusixfive, and I can now understand why bookings for this exclusive Supper Club go in the blink of an eye. The food was amazing, well seasoned and in abundance (just as you would expect at a Singaporean hawker centre)! Everyone left the dinner rubbing their bellies with satisfaction!!!
An overall informative, fun and tasty team bonding experience!
