Come join us for a one off evening of dholl puri making, the Mauritian way!
We will start with a bangin' Rum Cocktail made my yours truly using only Mauritian Rum to get you in the mood and to compliment with some street food gajacks (starters) Mauritian styleee!
Then let us show you how to use your pre-made dough, fill with ground dhall, roll it, cook it up and be ready to fill it with some of Yummy Choo's homemade fillings from traditional butterbean curry (grois pois) , tomato satini/rougaille sauce, achar (vegetable pickle) and with some fresh chutneys on the side.
Join us for this unique pop up learn how to make one of the Island's most popular street food dishes. This is a BYOB evening, come with friends or mingle with new people!
