After the success of our recent Dhall Puri Street Food Classes we bring you another date!
Be transported to the magical tropical Island with this cooking class, here Selina will teach you how to fill, roll and wrap your dhall puris (Mauritius' most popular street food) its delicious, fun to make and we will make the accompanying fillings!
After her previous sold out Mauritian street food classes, Selina runs regular supperclubs and pop ups serving up diners Mauritian cuisine in London, these classes are great to come with friends after work, as a gift for a loved one or for a treat for yourself.
Get a rum inspired cocktail on arrival, Selina will show you how to cook a delicious and easy Mauritian feast, when you have made your dishes you can sit down with other guests and enjoy!

* Prawn Rougaille (prawns cooked in a spicy creole sauce)

The Cookery Class takes part at Central Street Cookery School near Old Street.
All ingredients are provided and weighed out for you in advance
Unless otherwise specified, classes are a combination of a talk or demo, then plenty of hands-on cooking
Any food not eaten can be taken home (please bring tupperware!)
