Baluchi style steamed and coal smoked chicken with cinnamon, fennel, dried pomegranate and rose petals
Kerala Fish Curry
Fish cooked with coconut milk, fenugreek, curry leaves and smoky kokum (mangosteen)
Pakistani Khatti Daal
Piquant masoor dhal cooked with tamarind and tempered with curry leaves, cumin and dried red chilli
Kerala Ethakka Thoran
Green bananas sautéed with grated coconut and shallots

Kerala Lemon basmati rice with pan roasted dhals, peanuts and lemon juice
Pakistani Homemade naans with nigella and poppy seeds

You will need to pay an upfront deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit covers the host's food costs. The remainder of the event price is a suggested donation to Action Against Hunger to be given in cash at the event. Be a supperhero! Please donate generously!
The UK Government's UKAID programme has agreed to match pound for pound all public donations to the Love Food Give Food appeal made before 30th November 2012. This means that all donations made to Superheroes events will be doubled, so Action Against Hunger can reach twice as many malnourished children and provide them with the support and nutrition they need to grow, learn and develop.
