Spring - finally the time for nature to get to its best after the dreary winter months. Everywhere it is fresh and green - the best time to explore the taste of different fresh herbs - and some spring lamb and rhubarb as well- taste the different flavours - and meet some nice people around the table. Expect creative flavour combinations, great service and nice people.
The evening will start with a drink and canapes and time to mingle before everyone gets seated for the dinner.
