In this class you will learn how to classic Pakistani desserts with a twist - keeping true to traditional recipes and learn Sumayya's style of combining some Western flavours to Pakistani desserts, such as her:
Dulce de Leche Barfi
Cox Apple Phirni Rice pudding
Zarda, a sweet nutty rice with pistachios, cardamom and coconut
You will also learn how to make popular Pakistani spicy street snacks with a twist, such as Paneer cheese, green chilli and pomegranate samosas and okra pakoras with a quick tamarind chutney.
