Minced beef with green chilli, coriander and fennel seeds baked in puff pastry
Mini bun kebabs
Pakistani street style channa dhal and potato mini burgers
Both served with tamarind and coriander chutney’s
Pakistani Sajji roast chicken
Baluchi style steamed and coal smoked chicken with cinnamon, fennel, dried pomegranate and rose petals
Kerala Fish Curry
Fish cooked with coconut milk, fenugreek, curry leaves and smoky kokum (mangosteen)
Pakistani Khatti Daal
Piquant masoor dhal cooked with tamarind and tempered with curry leaves, cumin and dried red chilli
Kerala Ethakka Thoran
Green bananas sautéed with grated coconut and shallots
Kerala Lemon basmati rice with pan roasted dhals, peanuts and lemon juice
Pakistani Homemade naans with nigella and poppy seeds
Kerala-style Sweet samosas with coconut, cardamom and lime
Pakistani-style Fig Kulfi with honey and pistachios Kulfi with rose cardamom agar jelly
