A Supperheroes Event for Action Against Hunger
For those of you who have never been to the lovely islands of the Seychelles, now is an opportunity to taste some of the lovely mix of cuisines available there.
My maternal side of the family have brought me up on this wonderful food and it's time to be shared. I think this may be the first time this cuisine has been featured at a supper club so don't miss out.
We're hosting this event to raise money for Action Against Hunger, a charity which is fighting hunger worldwide. And the good news is that the UK government will be matching your donations for this event pound for pound! So give generously for a good cause.
The menu below features a fusion of Seychellois dishes.
Jollof rice balls
Grilled jackfish on Confit Banana
Fish au gratin
Mixed Palmist Salad
Mixed Creole rice
Bird's egg fricassee with lentils

Thanks so much for such an amazing feast - I don't know how you managed it all so seemingly effortlessly, I'm in awe!
The food was very good and the people who attended were very socailable. Ben the chef did a splendid job and his parter attended to the table.
They kept it to the seychelles taste and as a second generation from the island enjoyed every moment of it.
