In this class, we’ll be cooking up flavoursome food from the Middle East, using tahini paste, pomegranate molasses, fragrant orange blossom water, barberries and more delicious ingredients to conjure up the warmth and sunshine of the region.
Dishes include Pomegranate Beef, Persian Crispy Rice with Barberries, Labneh and Cumin Roasted Squash Salad, Spiced Tahini Shortbreads and more.
We’ll cook together, before sitting down to a delicious meal, and you’ll leave with plenty of inspiration for cooking Middle Eastern feasts at home
