Join Rachel's Kitchen for our Spanish tapas class. Small plates are in, so there's no better time to learn how to make a selection of authentic Spanish dishes that are guaranteed to go down a storm with guests.
Le Cordon Bleu trained Rachel will teach you how to cook delicious Spanish flavours using fresh ingredients for you to recreate at home. Dishes include Albondigas (Spicy meatballs in tomato sauce), Salt baked prawns with anis and fennel herb mayonnaise, Ensalada de naranja (Orange, red onion and black olive salad), Queso de cabra frito con miel (Fried goat’s cheese with orange blossom honey), Chorizo and potato salad, and Crema Catalana.
You’ll learn knife skills, how to use Spanish ingredients and spices, baking in salt, how to make mayonnaise, seasoning, how to use a blow torch and more.
After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy the sunny flavours of Spain with some lovely wine and dessert.
Our classes are informative and our focus is on making sure everyone has fun along the way. You'll learn new tricks and techniques in a friendly and informal atmosphere with a great group of people.
