Enjoy a lavish 6-part Indian feast, with tips, tricks and know how from Mallika Basu on how to cook Indian food as part of your busy life. Mallika is a food writer and author of Miss Masala: Real Indian Cooking for Busy Living, and a cookery personality who has featured on Jamie Oliver's online TV channel and on Madhur Jaffrey's Curry Nation. Expect a sizzling evening of food and fun at premier food venue Maida Hill Place, London W9.

Mallika will be dishing out crispy onion pakoras, tender lamb on the bone curry and hand rolled chappattis along with tips, tricks and know how for time-starved lovelies to start cooking authentic Indian food at home.

Book now to nab one of the limited seats at an introductory £35pp. Signed copies of Mallika’s book will be available for purchase at the event at £10 (RRP £14.75). Please note: this is not a BYOB event. A cash bar will be in operation at the venue.
