Happy New Year!!
Starting on Thursday night from 8pm, 5th of February at Bean & Hop http://www.beanandhop.co.uk// formerly known as The Earlsfield Deli I will serving up my four course seasonal British fare. Not only will I be there on Thursday I will also be doing my thing at Barmouth Kitchen http://www.barmouthkitchen.co.uk/ on Friday nights.
Below I have listed all the dates for February and March along with the menu that I will be serving. Please remember that Thursday nights at Bean & Hop is not BYO and Friday night at Barmouth Kitchen is BYO.

1st- Roasted Cauliflower & Aged Westcombe Cheddar Crumpet, Crispy Pigs Ears, Fermented Sultanas, Charred Endive
2nd- Mick's Hay Baked Roots, Pickled Red Cabbage Puree, Jersey Cows Curd, Malted Barley
3rd- Scottish Highland Venison Wellington, Cockle Pate, Baked Salsify, Leek Lasagne, Liquorice Gravy
4th- Forced Wimbledon Grown Rhubarb & Milk Pudding, Toffee Apple Doughnut, Smoked Rhubarb & Caraway Fudge
