Every Tuesday night in Cornercopia, Brixton Village, Market Row http://brixtoncornercopia.co.uk/ Alex will be serving up a brand new concept that involves Schnitzels with a twist! A staple menu item in every pub in South Australia! Alex has teamed up with The Old Post Office Bakery http://oldpostofficebakery.co.uk/ to create the ideal Sub to house your Free Range Chicken or Scottish Beef Schnitzel all topped of with crunchy English grown Iceberg Lettuce and Isle Of Wight Tomatoes not to mention roast garlic and herb mayo and home made chilli jam.
