Create Mexican food with a twist with authentic ingredients such as tostaditas with roast corn salsa or pomegranate and duck tacos.
Our evening classes last for just under 3 hours during which time we will prepare between four and five dishes – meaning everyone has plenty to eat.
You will acquire new techniques and discover new recipes and ingredients that make cooking easy, fun and rewarding. All of our classes and workshops give you the opportunity to get stuck into the cooking, learn about the science of nutrition and enjoy a full meal with drinks afterwards – all in a social, relaxing and inspiring atmosphere .All the ingredients and equipment is provided, as well as comprehensive handouts, soft drinks and complimentary wine or cocktails – all you need to bring is a sense of fun and a healthy appetite.
