Starters – Sharing plates

Golden Mini Mashed Yam Balls (V)
Thyme & Turmeric mashed yam balls in a golden Gari crust

Scotch Bonnet Salsa (V)
Summery tomato, onion & coriander salad with fiery kick of scotch bonnet chilli

Spinach & Tilapia
Poached tilapia with a hint of ginger and chilli flakes mixed w/wilted fresh garden spinach

Plantain Salad Imoyo (V)
A simple green bell pepper, cucumber and coriander salad with toasted cumin, scotch bonnet chilli and lime dressing and boiled plantain

Kelewele (V)
Sweet fried plantain with ginger and chilli flakes

Mains – Sharing Plates

Peanut Butter Stew w/ Lamb
Spring lamb on the bone, slow cooked in Kabu’s aromatic scotch bonnet tomato sauce infused with peanut butter

Jollof Chicken and Rice w/ Scotch Bonnet Coleslaw
This herby red rice dish is cooked in coriander, ginger, garlic, prawn powder, cinnamon, thyme, scotch bonnets and chilli flakes

Waakye (V)
Traditional Ghanaian staple of rice and black eye beans cooked in millet leaves

Red Red (V)
Slow cooked black eye beans in a spicy tomato and palm oil sauce

Kenkey & Kentumere
Maize dough dumplings served in their cornhusk with a spicy sardine, kale & tomato sauce and extra hot shito sauce on the side

Agushi (Palaver Sauce)
Ghana’s favourite stew - slow cooked spring lamb in an alligator pepper spicy sauce with crushed melon seeds and wilted spinach

Sweet Fried Plantain (V)


Tropical Fruits & Peppercorn Syrup
Papaya, mango, melon and pomegranate salad with peppercorn sugar syrup
