Join us as we take you on a taste tour of Ghana – we’ll be presenting traditional dishes from different regions alongside contemporary re-workings of old recipes and ingredients with a Ghanaian soundtrack to accompany the evening and help you digest – It’s Ghana Be Tasty!

£25 per head // 7.30pm 

 

STARTERS

Mini Mashed Puna Yam Balls in a golden Gari Crust (V)

 

and

 

Grilled Garden Egg Salad, three-bean, cucumber & rocket salad (V)

w/ chili and garlic dressing (garden egg is a small high-fibre white aubergine)

 

Mains

 Organic Pork Belly & Plantain Stew  (M)

(slow roasted pork belly in a sweet gently spiced plantain stew)

 Whole Fresh Grilled Tilapia  (F)

(in ginger and coriander dressing with grilled vegetables)  

 Waakye  (V)

 (Black eye bean rice, served with kelewele, red red, boiled egg with kpakpo shito salsa)
