Kitchen Basics - 3 Part Evening Series
We’ve come up with a course designed to nurture even the most novice of cooks through the basics of preparing simple but impressive dishes. Over the three-week course, build your recipe repertoire with dishes that are suitable for a foundation level but far more inspired than those offered on similar beginners cookery courses. Work with us and watch your skills develop and by the end you’ll be ready to move on to our Kitchen Confidence course in seamless transition.
Each week will feature a “Quick Tips” section, where we’ll show you how to master a few common cookery techniques; from poaching the perfect egg to making simple but delicious sauces to add that little bit of extra oomph to everyday dishes.

Kitchen Confidence - 3 Part Evening Series
Whether you're moving on with us having completed our Kitchen Basics series or just want to jump right in at a higher level, this course steps things up a gear on the cooking front.
You can recreate a recipe and put on a dinner party, but you long to master expert techniques and build on your existing knowledge. You’ll cover indulgent deserts and bold side dishes that will compliment impressive mains and make for epic menus. You’ll know what expert cuisine looks and tastes like and walk away with the confidence to tackle any dish, big or small.
