Denise's Ayam Percik (Charcoal grilled chicken marinated for 48 hrs in an aromatic blend of galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves and other spices)

Malay lamb shank kurma curry

King prawn petai sambal

Assam pedas (mackerel in a nyonya style assam broth)

Nyonya kerabu (salad)

Steamed Jasmine rice

Dessert:
Ais kacang
Nyonya kuih
