Risotto Romano n.47 - Cacio & Pepe style squid ink risotto with chef's special Amatriciana sauce - caramelised onion and tomatoes + crispy guanciale - and laid on a basil cream.
Polpettine di maiale e finocchio - Pork meatballs laced with Pecorino cheese, herbs, fennel seeds and slowly cooked in a white wine sauce.
