Wine maestro Colleen Rafferty will join forces with Rob's creative dishes to start a journey through the world of sparkling wines with an informal, tasty approach and the amazing bottles of Dvine cellars.

The view from the bridge - Pan seared sea bass parcels, pan sealed scallop, grilled king prawns topped with a razorclam, clam and mussel ragout and laid on a bed of crab veloute.

The Rabbit hole - Rabbit porchetta laced with herbs wrapped in Lardo served with brussel sprouts gently cooked in butter with toasted pine nuts and sultana, pickled carrots and topped with a rabbit and wine sauce and crispy Pancetta slices.
