Every year Chef makes a unique, outstanding menu inspired by creativity, seasonality and top produce that is served to a limited number of diners to impress their taste buds and tickle their wildest food dreams.
This year we didn't want to miss this tradition so we put Chef at work soon after we finished our adventure in Brixton and came up with THE menu which will also mark the return to our Bermondsey HQ and the beginning of our summer break (yes, we go to get ourselves a tan on the beautiful Italian shores).
