Giro d'ombra - Complimentary Prosecco jug to share

No schie Curae - Deep-fried tiger prawn venetian style with saffron aioli sauce

Seppe al Nero - baby squid cooked in their own ink and served on a bed of Parmesan cheese, mixed herbs Polenta

Polpo - octopus carpaccio (this dish may change due to market availability)


Risotto Romano n.47 - Cacio & Pepe style squid ink risotto with chef's special Amatriciana sauce - caramelised onion and tomatoes + crispy guanciale - and laid on a basil cream.


Polpettine di maiale e finocchio - Pork meatballs laced with Pecorino cheese, herbs, fennel seeds and slowly cooked in a white wine sauce.

Secret dessert - well, it's secret!
