The first time we invite you to stay over for a few hours with the whole time and chat around our kitchen island while Rob cooks.
The first the time the concept of Aperitivo and Brunch are merged together to create the Aperibrunch: a pretty much booze soaked version of your usual Sunday culinary rendez vous.
Pop in between 12pm and 4pm and we will offer you a couple of homemade kickass cocktails and a 4 new (and extremely sexy) creations. Very informal atmosphere and if the sun is up we will actually sit you outside in the park (for the first time!). Welcome to our first Aperibrunch: you never forget the first time ;)
If you are moody and intolerant or, even more, grumpy as Rob is, this is gonna be quite the experience. So book now! :D
A choice of two complimentary cocktails among:
Bellini, Aperol spritz, Aperol Rob’s, Negrito or Glass of Prosecco
Capesante d'autore - Chargrilled scallop on carrot puree and squid ink mayo sauce topped with watercress. Do you need to know much more?
Venus sautee - A signature dish coming back to our kitchen exactly one year after it was created. Razorclam sautéed in wine, garlic, lemon juice, parsley and chilli pepper served on a bed of marinated Venus rice (naturally black grown rice from Northern Italy) with Sicilian capers
Le tartine delle 5 di pomeriggio - A fancy version of one of Rob's work memories here in London. Pan seared Foie Gras wrapped in 24 months Parma ham topped with Marsala wine reduction and served with homemade slice of Focaccia bread
The Backdoor Kitchen “English breakfast” – Crispy Guanciale, fried Quail egg, Tuscan style Cannellini bean stew and Porcini mushroom risotto quenelle. Come, see it , eat it.
THIS IS A NO PUDDING BRUNCH! or maybe it is...find out :D
We use a BYOB policy as we all really need more than a couple of cocktails to kick off our Sunday ;)
