It's all about stews this weekend, as on Saturday at The Craft Beer Social Club, we'll be serving up Brazil's national dish, Feijoada. This is a black turtle bean stew with pork, sausages and beef. It's served with rice and farofa (lightly cooked cassava flour dish) and is the perfect wholesome meal that it is too tasty for words.
Also on offer is a vegetarian Feijoada and Moqueca, which is a seafood stew made with tomato, pepper, onions, coconut and spices accompanied by rice. Bring on the Brazil Flavour!
Ticket includes one heartily portioned dish from above plus a four beer tasting menu (bottles) and a whisky.
