In celebration of City Caphe's second birthday we will be hosting two evenings bringing you a taste of Vietnamese specialities from Hanoi through Central Hue to old Saigon in the South.
*Trio of fresh rolls from Hanoi, Nha Trang and Saigon
*Hanoi 'Bun Cha' chargrilled pork, vermicelli and Crab Spring Roll
*Tasting platter of Imperial Hue dumplings
*Papaya salad with sun-dried beef
*Danang 'Mi Quang' noodle dish with quail egg, pork & prawns
*Tri-colour dessert: pandan noodles, jackfruit and pomegranate
We aim to be true to the local recipes therefore unfortunately will not be able to offer substitutions.
