A JOY FOREVER- Sunday lunch in the company of John Keats

Arts & Crusts cafe are hosting a amazing event on Sunday the 10th November.

 

Enjoy the literary company of Keats read to you by Julia Bird & Mike Sims from the Forest Poets & a fine Georgian Sunday lunch.

This fabulous 3 course lunch has been prepared so you can experience a menu inspired from Keats time in the 1820's. Prepared by professional chef Eliza Welsford. http://elizawelsfordfood.com

 

MENU

Pease porridge hot (and a little ham hock)


(no ham hock in the vegetarian Pease porridge)

 

The Roast Beef of Old England, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, buttered greens and Wow Wow Sauce!

Vegetarian main:

Mushroom & onion suet pudding, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, buttered greens and Wow Wow Sauce!

 

Everlasting Apple Syllabub, gingerbread

 

 

£30 per head plus booking fee
