Cooking with Chocolate
We couldn’t let the week go passed without some exciting chocolate events. As a real chocoholic, I am always looking for a good excuse to dive into this healthy delicacy. Yes, indeed it’s healthy. It is packed with natural antioxidants and dark chocolate and cocoa sit in the same “good-for-you” category as green tea and blueberries. It’s also known for giving you that ‘good’ feeling. Excellent with your Italian cup of coffee around 10am to take you through the rest of the day. It surely makes my day!
For this years Chocolate week, we have got together with a fellow chocoholic and come up with a 3-course tasting menu ‘draped’ in chocolate. Damien Wawrzyniak, our private chef loves using chocolate in his innovative creations.
The highlight of our Chocolate Week celebrations, Food adorned in chocolate is an interactive dinner. Enjoy delicious food, join Damian in the kitchen and indulge in a 3-course meal. Learn how you can use chocolate in a variety of dishes.
Damian is a very accomplished chef, food and chef consultant and travels many miles both nationally and internationally to give demonstrations. It is always a great joy to dine or lunch with Damian as you watch him creating his wonderful food in the interactive kitchen. The uniqueness of his striking creations are, that he uses traditional methods of cooking dating back centuries.
