- A 30 minute consultation (via phone/Skype)
- 5 days of personalised recipes, including different ones for breakfast, lunch, one snack and dinner daily
- A few recipe suggestions for what you can do with the leftovers
- Follow up notes from consultation with recommendations for a healthy lifestyle
- Shopping list to buy ingredients in advance of cooking lesson (I can buy the ingredients on your behalf for an extra £30)
- One-to-one private cooking lesson of up to 3 hours max in your house
** Start time is flexible (it doesn't have to be 12pm).
