This sushi making class was perfect! I was able to make 5 different types of sushi rolls, eat, drink and pratice afterwards. The chef was great and really helpful! Such good value for money!

Post work sushi session

I have to admit that I was considering bailing as I was shattered after work and thought I would be standing up in a stuffy kitchen slicing raw fish for three hours... How wrong I was... The class was located at the back if my local pub and all the raw (see what I did there) materials were laid out on the table. We sat back on comfy sofas with our bar drinks in tow. I really enjoyed picking up the basics and was surprised how quickly you could create a platter of sushi that looks quite professional! Overall I thought it was a fun evening and a welcome change from normal after work activities.
