Life doesn’t get any better than eating a perfectly cooked steak! Cooking it to perfection however, isn’t always the no-brainer you would have thought. Fear not however as Adam Gray is here to guide you along every step of the way, from sourcing to saucepan. As you sip on a glass of expertly selected wine, Adam will introduce you to the world of beef steak sourced from ethical farms throughout the British Isles. You’ll learn what to look for when purchasing your steaks, the various cuts available and what makes each individual cut unique, and finally, how to cook your steak to perfection.
In addition to this meat-heavy menu, we’ll also cover the most popular sauces (béarnaise, peppercorn and sticky barbeque) as well as learning how to make the perfect thick cut chips.
At the end of your labours you’ll be rewarded with another glass of wine as you sit down to eat your perfect steak, alongside your fellow students.
