In true Soothe Food style we'll be making the most of Autumn with a celebration of all the lovely produce it has to offer -with a menu that's gluten free and low FODMAP. As always the meal will be indulgently delicious but won't leave you sluggish and bloated as it will be full of loads of soothing nutritious ingredients and botanicals to leave you smiling inside and out.
Based on all your favourite comfort foods with a Soothe Food spin, we'll be serving you up a welcome cocktail and a tasty little treat, homemade pork pies and pickles, slow braised citrusy ox cheek with vegetable mash and jaffa cakes...but not as you know them! Plus equally satisfying vegetarian and pescetarian options. It might be cold and dark outside but its warm and cosy in the Soothe Suppers kitchen! And this will be the last Soothe Suppers of 2014 so don't miss out.
