I believe that tarts are the queens of the cake display case. The flaky buttery pastry filled up with a delicious topping such as lemon or chocolate – what’s not to love?
The combination of fillings are endless, let your imagination run wild and come up with new ideas on how to impress your dinner guests.During this class I will teach you how to master the sweet pastry dough. We will be making three different kinds of filling: Lemon, Chocolate and Caramalised Pecan.
This is a 3 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. After the class, you will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
