In this class we will bake:
* Danish Christmas cookies
* Italian Penettone
* Mini sized Mincepies
It might seem like Christmas is many moons away, but it is never too early to start practicing Christmas baking. This class is Christmas baking with an International twist. We will be baking Danish Christmas cookies, Italian Panettone and mini-sized English mince pies. All of which go really well with some spiced mulled wine.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat. During this session we will talk about kneading doughs for bread, as the panettone is a yeasted bread dough. For the mince pies and cookies we will be making a short crust pastry, so I will teach you have to make the perfect pastry dough that crumbles just right! After the class, you will take home.
