With the kind of summer we’ve been having, it feels like Christmas is just around the corner! Join us for a four hour Christmas baking class at the Baking Lab, where you will learn how to make some delicious treats that you can share (and impress!) family and friends with.
During this class we will teach you how to make a light and fluffy Italian panettone bread. This one is miles away from the one you can buy in the supermarket, which was baked weeks ago and has an undeniable aftertaste of saw dust! We will follow this up with a delicious and moist cranberry and mulled wine cake. This cake taste like Christmas, but it is much lighter than the traditional Christmas pudding. Instead of feeling like you have to hit the gym after eating a small piece, you will reach for another…Finally we will make some Chocolate treats filled with Christmas flavoured caramel.
