Tiffany was raised in a border town in southern Arizona very close to the Mexican state of Sonora. Her passion for food started at a young age when she was surrounded by a variety of Mexican dishes some traditional and some with an American influence. She has travelled around Mexico and Central America living in Costa Rica for 6 months. She enjoys hosting supper clubs in her south east London home to share her love of food and the culture and the history that goes with it. The Mexican food she grew up with is what she misses most in London and enjoys sharing these dishes and ingredients with supper club guests. Most events feature traditional Mexican dishes, but she also hosts a traditional American Thanksgiving and has plans for a Navajo Supper Club.
