It's time the two food-obsessed nations and three equally obsessed chefs came together in the kitchen for a Hong Kong X Singaporean (hawk) affair. Xiao Chi - literally means 'Small Eat' - is an important category of SE Asian food, commonly found in outdoor food stalls, night markets and casual cafes. Chow on some of our favourite street food/ homestyle nibbles, guzzle bottles of beer or a fancy cocktail and come be merry with us on a (hopefully) warm summery evening.
