Chef Esteban Pérez invites you to a Colombian dining experience at Palm2 in Hackney, London E5! You will enjoy a set five-course menu offering high quality fusion between British and Colombian cuisines.

A vegetarian menu is also available which is gluten-free and dairy-free.

Menu:
Sides on arrival: 
Fresh coconut and grapes (V, GFDF)
Vegetable fritas with spiced syrup (V, GFDF)
Starters:
Chicken tamale with home-made salsa, or
Grilled butternut squash tamale with home-made salsa (V, GFDF)
Main: 
Paisa pie (with beef, pork and chorizo plus plaintain soldiers), or
Three potato pie (with mushrooms and sweetcorn plus plaintain soldiers) (V, GFDF)
Dessert: 
Papaya and pineapple trifle (V, GFDF)
To finish: a shot of non-alcoholic home-made mango colada (V,GFDF)

We had a fantastic evening dining on Chef Perez's delicious Colombian food. The Paisa pie was wholesome and tasty and the papaya trifle out of this world. Chef Perez is indeed a talent and we look forward to his next pop up

This was my first introduction to Columbian food & I was pleasantly surprised, I thought it might be to hot/spicey for my palate but this was not the case. The portion size was just right espicially as we had 5 courses so left feeling full but not uncomfortable, the dessert was my favourite having a sweet tooth!
It was a great venue for the event & a welcoming atmosphere also.

Brilliant, unusual food and a really fun evening!

We went to Chef Perez's pop-up kitchen last night without many expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised to get a really interesting meal with 5 courses, plenty of food and a really nice atmosphere.

The main course pie was delicious, we had a really good tamale and some lovely fruity desserts to finish it all off.

I highly recommend the chef, and the place wasn't bad either. I look forward to coming back again. It was great value and a very enjoyable evening all round.
