I hail from the lovely Emerald Isles, and have grown up with the wonder that is soda bread, waking up to the fresh smell of it filling my house every morning. I am in love with the easy to prepare, easy to bake versatile bread.
I am on a mission to show you how amazing it is too! Expect to see soda bread like you have never seen it before. There will be savoury soda bread, sweet soda bread, and everything in between. Including a whole load of surprising delicious and colourful accompaniments. Think flavour bursting salads, colourful dips, delicate meats, quirky and juicy pates....
The evening will even involve a cooking demonstration, showing you how to make the perfect loaf, so that when you go home you can make it too! And there will be bread for sale for you to take home with you too!
