There is no competition in this supperclub between rice and bread. There is no rice...we just have different kinds of Indian breads in this dinner! Chappatis, Rogni Roti, Lachedar Paratha, Black Garlic Paratha and Plain Paratha. We start off the meal on a sweet note with Mango Lassi made with fresh mango pulp and end with the traditional steamed yogurt from Bengal- Bhappa Doi.

*Dahi Puchkas- Puchka shells stuffed with potatoes and black chickpeas with spiced yogurt and tamarind chutney
*Baigan Pakora with Bengali Tomato and Green Raisin Chutney (Aubergine Fritters)
*Papri Chaat- Calcutta style chaat with crisp papri and fine sev
*Keema Samosa with Hara Chutney
VEG- Potato and Peas Samosa
*Bhuna Lamb- Dried red chillies, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves and Bay leaves are the core flavours in this dish
VEG- Karai Paneer
*Chicken Kabab- Baked Chicken thighs which are marinated overnight in ginger, garlic and yogurt
VEG- Stuffed Okra
*Peela Aloo- Potatoes with turmeric and fresh lemon juice tempered with black mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried red chillies.
*Kala Chana- Black chickpeas
*Hyderabadi Mirchi ka Salaan- Green chillies with onions in a spice base
* Rotis & Parathas- Chappatis, Rogni Roti, Lachedar Paratha, Black Garlic Paratha, Plain Paratha
*Bhappa Doi- Steamed Bengali Yogurt
*Fruit Chaat- Fresh fruits marinated with Himalayan rock salt, lime juice and sugar
