In this intensive half-day session, learn to make beautifully delicate sugar flowers such as anemones, hydrangeas and roses. Each person will be provided with a 7″ cake. You will learn to cover it with fondant and learn to give it a professional finish. You will be able to take home a beautifully decorated cake with your handmade sugar flower posy at the end of the session. You will also come away with exclusive tips and recipes.
Suitable for beginner & intermediate levels. This is a good follow-up class if you have taken our Two-Tier Cakes class or Beginner’s Celebration Cakes class.
The price of the class includes lunch.
Note: There is a minimum attendance of 2 participants for the class to commence .
