You will learn how to make a selection of different types of sushi roll, including Hoso maki (Thin roll), Ura maki (Inside out roll), Omusubi (Triangle sushi), Temaki (cone shaped sushi) and Nigiri (hand shaped sushi). Chef will also discuss different sushi rice cooking techniques, sushi grade fish, equipment and ingredients.

You will be served soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger to eat with the sushi while you make your own sushi. Any drinks such as selection of Japanese tea, beers, wine, sake can be purchased separately from the bar and there will be an assistant for the chef who will also look after you in your every need.

You can either eat in the restaurant or take away your own sushi after the lesson. There will be 12 to 14 sushi learner at a time which will create a fantastic learning environment. The session will last for 2 hours.

Finally it is a lot of fun and you will find yourselves as a sushi chef to make your own sushi at home.

The photos of the sushi class will be taken and send to you as we will ask you for your email addresses at your arrival.
