Jack from SoleShare will guide guests through the different types of fish found around our coast.
He'll teach you how to gut, clean and fillet a number of different fish, including flatfish (things like plaice), round fish (things like mackerel), plus a few seasonal extras that our fishermen are landing at the time.
He'll guide you through simple steps and show you new techniques to take some of the fear factor out of dealing with whole fish. Showing you just how easy it is to cook your friends and family simple fish dishes.
All the gear you'll need will be provided and at the end of the evening you can head home with some mad fish skills as well as your gleaming fillets.
