The local cafes in Hong Kong are called Cha Chaan Teng. They serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner to the busy people of Hong Kong. Some of them even stay open 24-7. You can find typical Hong Kong dishes like wonton noodle soup and stir fried beef ho fun, as well as local takes on western dishes, such as ham and egg sandwiches or French toast. Spam and instant noodles also feature heavily on the menus.
On 10th March we are going to bring this experience to you at our supper club! Come and join us for a fun afternoon, eat and experience the spirit of Cha Chaan Teng!
