Hopefully we'll be in the middle of an Indian summer in September so a very popular dish in Catalan restaurants - tuna tartar (tartar de toninya) will be an ideal start to make for warm September evenings. We'll also make Catalan style spinach with an Andorran honey omelette (espinacs amb truita de mel), and Catalan rice with lamb and red wine (arros amb xai y vi negre). We'll finish off with chocolate mousse, (mousse de xocolata) - made with just chocolate and water.
Wine will be served to accompany your food as well as aperitivos from the beginning to make sure you're not starving while cooking.
The class is completely hands on where you cook everything. The cost is £70, the maximum number in the class is 8 and is held at Arch 76, Druid Street, London SE1
